Boost
One-time effect
The character raises its current parameters by the given percentage.
• Boost can be both positive and negative (the so-called Deboost).
• Character's parameters after positive Boost are rounded down to the nearest integer and rounded up to the nearest integer after negative Boost. I.e. the parameter change is rounded down and then added / subtracted to the current parameters.
• Boost for the parameter Vitality is also a percentage change, not a change in percentage points.
Example: -1 Point: OPP Boost -50% (Player's character has its points lowered by 1 and opponent's character has its parameters lowered by 50%)
