Bio: Tariq Raheem is a digital illustrator with nearly fifteen years experience in freelance and production house experience ranging from computer game development, film and television production, music videos, and television commercials. He has been presented in Spectrum 12 as one of the year's best for the cover of the November 2004 issue of Heavy Metal Magazine. He has also contributed cover art to Heavy Metal for the issues of Spring 2008, January 2011 and 35th Anniversary 2012; May 2013 will see the release of his fifth cover for Heavy Metal.
Tariq has also been showcased and interviewed by Imagine FX. He has served as the lead concept artist for Intertplay's International Game of the Year Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, and for the fourth season of the number one UK and US science fiction series Farscape. Tariq has also had myriad storyboarding experience, and in 2006 he was contracted by Ninja Theory as the Cinematic Storyboard Illustrator for their launch title Heavenly Sword on the Playstation 3.
Tariq currently resides in Burbank, California, where he works for one of Los Angeles' foremost print, media, and marketing agencies.
