One-time effect / continuous effect / condition
The player whose character is affected by Prohibition cannot Dump any cards from the deck or hand.
• Prohibition prevents effects that Dump cards triggered by any player.
• Prohibition prevents Dumping of all types of cards both in the deck and hand.
• Prohibition prevents Dumping cards both in conditions and effects. Abilities that Dump cards as a condition therefore cannot be triggered. Abilities that Dump cards as an effect are triggered but their effect is prevented.
• Prohibition does not affect adding cards to hand or Score and points manipulation.
