Restart
One-time effect
The player chooses new compared parameter.
• Restart can be both generic (player chooses parameter at will), or specific (parameter is specified by the ability).
• The player can choose the parameter that was already chosen before.
Example: Restart KAR (The compared parameter is changed to Karma)
Example: [Flash]: Restart (When the character enters the duel, its controller chooses new compared parameter)
